It's been 11 months since I Called Her Nan was published. Just like all things over the past year, the Covid virus has shifted plans and goals for my book. It wasn't the take-off I anticipated. The excitement quickly faded along with my motivation to promote the book.
Yet tucked inside every struggle comes lessons and a newfound determination if we allow ourselves to continue with the goal in mind. It may not be the route I planned or the timing, but nothing can deter us from accomplishing God's plan if it's His will.

Sometimes we have to be willing to accept the changes that come along with the detours of our goals and relationships. Even daughter-in-law and mother-in-law relationships may hold a few lessons along the way as we navigate around the detours. Who knows...the change may be shedding light on new opportunities to see your daughter-in-law or mother-in-law differently.
