Sluggishly I started preparing my calendar this morning for 2022! As I reached for something to write with I saw these words clipped to my pen holder. I'm certain that the clip has been there all of last year, however, the words stood out to me today... New Years Day.
I probably should be writing something from or about my book, since that's the purpose of blogging on my website, I Called Her Nan. But I'm just not feeling the book right at this moment. The unexpected words I previously saw have stayed in the forefront of my thoughts. Wait, Hope, Expect.
As I look back over 2021, I see moments where I should have waited. I can recall times where hope seemed hard to find. I can remember moments of not knowing what to expect.
My wish for everyone this year is that you have peace while you wait and hope, for what you expect to come true.
